What makes life worth living is discovering new things, delighting in them; developing new skills and gaining insight into how the world works. That means experimenting in the kitchen, traveling and reading anything from comics to books on the history of religion, but also a genuine interest in understanding the people around me.
People are smart, creative and capable. That is true for both customers, clients and coworkers. What I bring into any collaborative process is a mellow temper, a keen interest in every opinion and viewpoint from those involved and the desire to achieve consensus rather than compromise. Though versatile, my primary skills as a designer are creating visual elements: a logo rather than report, a cover illustration rather than a newsletter.
